Bahria town Karachi inaugurates its Modern International hospital – Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik
The Bahria Town International Hospital which is most state
of the art medical facility in the city along with 120 beds has recently been
inaugurated in Bahria Town, Karachi by CEO of Bahria Town, Ahmad Ali Riaz
Malik.
The ceremony was managed and organized at the Bahria Town,
Karachi, where CEO of Bahria Town Ahmad Ali Riaz Malik did the honor by
unveiling its plaque whilst been accompanied by famous names from Bahria town
like Vice CEO of Bahria Town Zain Malik, Mrs Ali Riaz Malik, Chief Operating
Officer of Bahria Town Admiral (retd) Ahmad Hayat and GM of Bahria Town
International Hospitals Brigadier (retd) Dr Muhammad Abid.
While addressing the ceremony, Brigadier (retd) Dr Muhammad
Abid was all praise for the exemplary living standards and facilities provided
by the Bahria Town. He also said that Bahria town is trying to provide
commendable lifestyle across every city in Pakistan and with that said, health
department can’t be ignored by any means in the process. He further stated that
three hospitals are already working under the flagship of Bahria Town in Lahore and Rawalpindi. Bahria Town International
Hospitals, three hospitals are working in Lahore and Rawalpindi. He also quoted
that the first Bahria Town International Hospital came into picture in 1997 and
it has benefitted millions of people until now with high end medical services
and facilities.
He also confirmed that the Bahria Town International
Hospital in Karachi is now available for public. Dr Abid said that this 120-bed
modern hospital will be offering 24-hour emergency and trauma facilities to all
its patients in the country. Apart from the same, it will also be providing
services like gastroenterology, cardio-thoracic surgery, general surgery,
urology, orthopedic, neurology, liver disease, gynecology, mammography, ICU,
CCU, NICU, radiology, ICG, MRI, CT scan, laboratory, blood bank, X-ray, ICG, apart
from being equipped with the state of the art medical facilities. On the other
side, the presence of most proficient foreign-educated and trained doctors will
further ensure a complete round the clock care for all the patients coming.
He also stated that beside offering complicated cardiac and
cardiothoracic surgeries, Bahria Town Hospitals are also conducting liver,
kidney and cornea transplant surgeries and
Pakistan’s biggest cochlear implant programme, which is a social welfare
project, is one of the another remarkable achievements for the Bahria Town
International Hospitals.
He also quoted that as per the solemn desire of the
Chairman, Bahria Town, Ahmad Ali Riaz Malik, the hospitals
will also be introducing modern cyber knife surgery very soon.
As per him, the hospital will bring loads of benefits for
all the residents of the Bahria Town along with the people of Karachi and Sindh
and it will be running under the Begum Akhtar Ruksana Memorial Trust.
